The Act for Partial Revision to the Commercial Code, etc. for Introducing a System of Electronic Public Notice (Act No. 87 of 2004) came into force on February 1, 2005. As a result of the approval for the electronic public notice system, our company decided to revise its Articles of Incorporation at the 29th annual general meeting of shareholders to adopt electronic public notice as the method of public notice of our company. However, in the event public announcement by electronic means is not feasible for an unavoidable reason, we post announcements in The Nikkei.
